Q: What is the date of the race?
A: Sunday 19th of May 2013 at 11AM

Q: When cn i pick up my race number?
A: On race day Sunday 19th of May 2013

Q: Where is the race HQ and registration?
A: Terenure College, Terenure, Dublin 6

Q: Will late entries be accepted on the day?
A: Yes. But there is a late entry fee of €25

Q: Where is the start?
A: 3 minutes walk from the registration hall on Fortfield Rd opposite Fortfield Drive

Q: What time will do walkers starts
A: Walkers will start 20mins before the main race at 10.40am

Q: Where is the finish?
A: Also on Fortfield Rd opposite Fortfield Drive. and adjacent to the rear gate to Terenure College

Q: Is there parking at the race HQ?
A: There is limited parking in the grounds of Terenure College. Parking is also available in Rathdown and in Fortfield Drive and Park.

Q: Will there be chip timing?
A: Yes. Each participant will be supplied with a chip when collecting their number.

Q: Can we enter a team?
A: Yes. We have three options for teams

Running Club Team Competition
Male senior 4 to Score
Female Senior 4 to score
Male Masters 4 to Score
Female Master 4 to Score

School Team Competition – Must be over 16

Male Schools 3 to score
Female Schools 3 to score

Business Team Competition

Male 3 to score
Female 3 to score
Mixed 3 to score ( must be one from each to gender to score)

Q: Where will the results be published?
A:The results will also be posted on our website .

Q: Are their changing facilities available.
A: Changing facilities along with showers and toilets are available adjacent to the registration hall.

Q: Is there a baggage area available:
A: Participants are advised not to bring valuables to the race. Baggage may be left in the changing area at the owner’s risk.

Q: Has the course been accurately measured?
A: Yes. The course has been measured by an international course measurer supplied by Athletics Ireland. There will be mile markers on the course.

Q: Will there be refreshments available?
A: Yes, there will be complimentary drinks and snacks available at the finish. There will also be tea, coffee and refreshments in the registration hall prior to the prize giving.

Q: Is there a map of the course available
A: A map of the course is available on the website. There is also a video along with an elevation chart.

Q: How safe is the course?
A: The course is on public roads, one half of which will be closed to traffic. Stewards will be in attendance at all junctions and Guardai will also be at strategic points around the course.
Participants will be separated from any traffic by cones in all instances.

Q: Will medical services be available?
A; The Civil Defence will have medical personnel and an ambulance stationed at the start and finish. There will also be a rapid response cyclist with cardiac difibulator available on the day.
